We currently require a HSE Manager for our Operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Assist in the development of the Health, Safety and Environment systems to meet the requirements of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
• Assist with the implementation of the HSE Strategy on the project.
• Lead and motivate the team.
• Ensure subordinates are prepared adequately before commencing any task.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with work
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and client Safety regulations.
• Undertake inspections & audits
• Ensure environmental plan is complied with.
• Incident investigation & root cause analysis of accident/incident.
Requirements: Education Qualifications & Experience: • Diploma in safety such as OSHA,NEBOSH,IOSH. • Knowledge of OHSAS: 18001 and ISO 14001. • 10 to 15 years of experience in construction industry of which at least 5 years' experience as a HSE manager. • Be medically fit, able to work at heights and within confined spaces over various work fronts. • Must have the ability to lead and motivate the team. • Excellent communication skills. • Computer Literate in MS Office.
